Jay Lawrence Witt, 79, beloved husband for 57 years of Helene, who shared a wonderful life together; devoted father of Lisa (Neil) Greene, Amy Witt Albert, Michael (Jori) Witt; cherished grandfather of Danielle, Sydnie, Jordan, Samantha, Harrison, Eliza and Rosie; dear brother-in-law of Jacqueline (the late Mike) Wilner, Linda and Mark Goodman. Adored by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. Chapel service Friday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
